Terms of Service

Welcome to Monroe Auto Detailing, LLC. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide mobile car detailing services at your home, office, or other agreed-upon location within Monroe, GA and surrounding areas (including Loganville, Social Circle, Winder, and Bethlehem). All services are performed by our trained team using professional-grade products and equipment.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service on the day of your appointment.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash (except for initial booking deposit).
  • By completing your booking, you authorize us to charge the deposit and any final balance due.
  • mileage surcharges may apply for extensive distances ($0.50/mile).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time with no penalty.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to show up for your appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the full 50% deposit.
  • The deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment only if the new date is booked within 10 days (subject to availability).
  • For specialty services, we require 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule, depending on our daily schedule. The 50% deposit will still be retained. A Late Surcharge may apply.

5. Service Limitations & Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or modify service if:

  • The vehicle is excessively dirty, muddy, or requires more time than booked.
  • There are mechanical issues, safety concerns, or hazardous conditions at the service location.
  • The customer is rude, disrespectful, or creates an unsafe environment for our team.

In such cases, the 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

6. Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, etc.) that prevent us from safely performing the service, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no penalty. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

7. Liability & Damage

  • We take great care with every vehicle. However, Monroe Auto Detailing, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including paint chips, dents, scratches, rust, or mechanical issues.
  • We are not liable for items left in the vehicle (personal belongings, valuables, etc.). Please remove them prior to service.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. m.a.d. Membership Plans

  • m.a.d. Membership plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice.
  • M.A.D. Membership Plan benefits (priority scheduling, discounts) apply only while the plan is active.
  • Missed appointments under a M.A.D. membership plan still follow the standard cancellation policy.
  • M.A.D. Members can reschedule appointments with 24 hr notice. for specialty services (required to be booked seperately), the standard 72HR Notice still applies (per Section 3).
  • M.A.D. Members will not be charged mileage surcharges when the service address on the date of service is up to 35 miles from monroe, gA 30656.

9. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and content created during service (including before-and-after images) may be used by Monroe Auto Detailing, LLC for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Walton County, Georgia.

By booking an appointment with Monroe Auto Detailing, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
