
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service on the day of your appointment. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash (except for deposits).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), you will forfeit the full 50% deposit.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule, depending on our daily schedule. The 50% deposit will still be retained. A late penalty may apply.
Weather & Other Circumstances In the rare event of severe weather or unsafe conditions that prevent us from safely performing the service, we will contact you to reschedule at no penalty. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Important Notes
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is excessively dirty, has mechanical issues, or if conditions are unsafe for our team.
- We are not responsible for weather conditions which may affect the results of the vehicle after the service is complete.
- By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
